What we do

Three services, one clinical standard.

Book them individually or as a package — the same governance, staffing standards and reporting applies across all three.

For hospitals, care homes and insurers

Non-emergency patient transport

Reliable, dignified transport for patients who need clinical support en route but don’t need a 999 response. We work with hospitals, care homes, insurers and private families.

  • Stretcher, carry-chair, wheelchair and walking patients
  • Hospital discharge, inter-site transfer and outpatient appointments
  • Bariatric and mental health transport with trained escorts
  • Full patient record and handover documentation on every journey

For event organisers and production

Event medical cover

Every event gets a written medical risk assessment and a staffing plan sized to your crowd, activity and location — not a one-size-fits-all quote.

  • First aiders, technicians, paramedics, nurses and doctors
  • Treatment centres, response teams, cycle and foot units
  • Event medical plans written to current UK event safety guidance
  • Post-event incident reporting for your licensing records

Why Heartbeat

Governance you can put in front of a regulator.

Private providers vary enormously. These are the things we’d want to see if we were the ones commissioning the service.

01

Clinically led, not sales led

Every quote is reviewed by a registered clinician who signs off the staffing mix. If we think you need less than you asked for, we’ll say so.

02

Documented end to end

Patient records, incident logs and post-event reports are issued as standard — the paperwork your own audit and licensing processes need.

03

Directly employed crews

[PLACEHOLDER: confirm staffing model before publishing — employed vs. bank vs. subcontracted.]

04

Vetted and up to date

[PLACEHOLDER: describe DBS level, safeguarding training and registration checks actually in place.]

Client feedback

What our clients say.

[PLACEHOLDER: replace with real, attributable quotes. Get written permission before naming any client or individual, and never quote a patient without explicit consent.]
